Cameron's passion for landscape management, horticulture, and preserving wildlife was kindled while volunteering for the Canal and River Trust. Her love for these activities led her to join Montford Cottage Gardening, where she has been an integral part of our team ever since.

NADIA
Nadia is a talented floral/garden designer with an art degree background . She has a wealth of experience creating displays in some of the best hotels in Prague and Odessa. Her understanding of colour and style is a gift and is exquisite translated into our planting designs. She currently lives and works in the UK with her son whilst working to support her family in the UK and in Ukraine . Nadia’s hobbies are all about plants whether that’s taking photos of nature whilst walking outdoors or visiting gardens and garden centres. She also enjoys gardening at home and reading about horticulture and garden design. Her work ethic is hard to beat and we are very proud to have her working with us here in the North of England.
TAMMIE
Michelle has worked as as scientist in Biology. She understands soil and plants ensuring you get ‘ the right plant in the right place’ she is now pursuing a career In gardening, horticulture and design. Her plant and horticultural knowledge is excellent with thirty years gardening experience and a strong passion and enthusiasm for her work she is a true asset to the team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening at home and is an accomplished painter.
LOIS
Lois has been part of the team for nearly a year. She has proven to be a real asset. Lois’s ‘can do’ attitude is infectious. She is personable, friendly and is physically fit and hardworking. Over the past 10 months she has demonstrated competency in many gardening skills such as, nurseryman work, planting, mulching, feeding, weeding, pruning and the use of power tools such as hedge trimming, lawn mowing, strimming, leaf blowing and mechanical path and pavement deep cleaning. She has worked on many projects at the Inn at Whitewell and various other properties in and around the Burnley area. She lives at home with her family and likes to spend time with them. She has many gardening books and likes to study horticulture in her spare time. She also works part time as teaching assistant and garden club leader.
MICHELLE
Tammie is a pillar of the community here in our local village of Fence. She spends much of her time volunteering at the local church and has taken part in many local initiatives such as CAP (Christians Against Poverty) and Job Club. She is extremely personable and communicative and has a brilliant relationship with our clients. She has over thirty years of gardening experience; her technical,creative and organisational skills can ensure your garden is a success! She is both a supportive team member and a great team leader . She is passionate about gardening, and is always striving to develop both professionally and personally.
